$600 alignment??!! Called to see if they could service my vehicle, which they said yes they could, even though it’s an import. Once they got it up they took a look at it and said it would be $600. I found out that they had just looked up a random car model that sounded like mine and used those alignment specs, instead of using the ones I provided. Thankfully I stopped them from doing any work and seriously damaging the vehicle. If you have anything more exotic than a Carolla I would look elsewhere. Was going to give two stars because they charged me nothing at the end of the day, but then I started getting texts from them telling me to post an internal review(So it wouldn’t show here on Google, it would be hidden on their client-side site to make them look better). I would just find another shop for your automotive needs.

My experience at Huron Automotive was wonderful. I dropped my van off because the AC stopped working and I needed it repaired. The establishment was able to secure a ride for me to work and even picked me up and brought me back to the shop at no extra cost when the servicing ended. The driver was pleasant and very professional. We got to talking and I expressed that this is my first time going to Huron Automotive and hoped that they wouldn’t over charge. The driver assured me that this is an honest and upstanding company and that the experience I described would not happen. When I got the call about my car, I was pleasantly surprised that it was an easy fix. I’m sure they could have stated that I needed more expensive work, but this honest company did not do that. I was given a game plan on my next maintenance trip and set that appointment while in the shop. 10/10 - would recommend this shop!

Brought in a 2016 Silverado for a non working ac. They diagnosed the problem and gave a quote for a compressor replacement. While they had it in for service, they were able to provide me with a quality loaner. They completed the repair in a timely manner and left no sign of work being performed. The truck came back clean and more importantly with a working ac. The work order was complete with a good description of the work. Very happy

I had an exceptional experience at Huron Automotive—truly some of the best customer service I’ve received. They took the time to bring me in and actually show me what was wrong with my car instead of just explaining it, which I really appreciated. They also followed up promptly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.

The absolute best and fastest work I have had done in Green Bay since I moved here in 2019! Figured out my problem and fixed it right away even with working through my warranty company who weren't the easiest to deal with. This company also has the friendliest service reps I 10/10 recommend them to anyone who needs quality work done!
